Sažetak
A mixture of 10 pesticides: MCPA, atrazine, propham, chloropropham, ofurace, boyleton, boycon A, boycon B, tetramethrin and alpha-cypermethrin was separated on CN-precoated HPTLC plates using polar mobile phase (methanol-water) in 1st and nonpolar mobile phase (hexane-diethyl ether) in 2nd direction. Chromatograms were recorded with sensitive colour CCD camera and evaluated with CAMAG VideoScan software. Two quantification modes were compared: scanning of whole plate and scanning of manually defined bended tracks. The precision of video-densitometric quantitation of 2D-chromatogram expressed as repeatability of image capturing and track setting was determined. The lowest RSD was obtained when the image was captured at focal distance of 15 mm and F-stop number 2 and the chromatogram quantitatively evaluated using complete scaning with 30 tracks positioned without overlaping.
