Sažetak
The aim of this study was to determine the frequency and topology of pain in the group of young rowers ; Cadets (N = 9, mean age = 14.0) and juniors (N = 34, mean age = 15.7). All rowers filled the modified SEFIP questionnaire. They had to mark (for any given part of the body) whether the occurrence of pain and if it has, of the same intensity. The results of this research led to the conclusion that cadets often feel pain in the neck, upper and lower back, the back of the lodge and leaves, while juniors and reported pain in the neck, knees and wrists. It can be assumed that such results are obtained due to a higher load of training in the junior age (regardless of whether it is a larger number of workouts or the intensity of the workout). Young rowers during the training process it is recommended to pay more attention to warming up and stretching, before and after the applied training.
