Sažetak
In this paper it will be present simulation model of maritime educational process. This paper is one of the first works from new scientific project, title: "Computer Simulation Model of Maritime Education System of Croatia". The aim of this paper is to present qualitative dynamics model as base for modeling every educational process whit similarly structures. System Dynamics Methodology will be used for modeling.
