Sažetak
Central venous saturation (ScVO2) has been used as estimation of cardiac index in clinically ill patients. ScVO2 reflects the balance between oxygen delivery and consumption and can decrease when oxygen delivery falls in relation to the oxygen requirements of the tissue. The aim of this study was to assess correlation among ScVO2 , clinical scoring system APACHE II, MODS, POSSUM and SIRS in surgical patients.
