Sažetak
The progress in information technology has influenced the company’s strategy and the development of advanced technologies. The open innovation paradigm encourages companies to collaborate with external partners and to share ideas and technologies. The study aims to explore the development of the literature on the connection between open innovation and advanced technologies. The literature review builds upon 95 articles indexed in the Web of Science database. The bibliometric analysis discovered five clusters that are showing the comprehensive intellectual structure on open innovation and advanced technologies. The article concludes with recommendations for future research streams.
