Sažetak
We believe that our patient had post traumatic CH and enteric lymphorrhea caused by the injury of cysterna chyli or ductus thoracicus. This caused obstruction and reduction in passage of lymph, leading to increased lymph pressure below the stenosis, appearance of CH and enteric lymphorrhea. The reported case underlines need for protection of adolescents from potentially dangerous sports like kick-boxing
