Sažetak
The advantages and disadvantages of dynamic software use in spatial skills and visualisation training have been widely researched. While the researchers used the software already in use in education and which is available, the question of software visualisation and exploration tools necessarily bring in prototype software or its additions into the picture, which would give the users a certain head start when compared to other users using legacy software which is often rigid and inadaptable to the users’ needs and the specific problem with which they are working. This paper is an overview of both research done in the field of spatial skills and visualisation training in mathematics but also of such additions which enable to user to use the software in question more effectively and which therefore enable them to make the most both out of software and out of the training itself.
