Sažetak
The task of this project was to determinate the strength of single hinged expansion joint under working condition of internal pressure of 0.175 MPa (1.75 bar), axial force as a result of internal pressure and working temperature of 500°C. Static analysis was conducted on 3D finite element model. Boundary conditions (loads and displacements), used in analysis, were defined according technical documentation provided by client(drawing HS 1, 75/2600/5/T/3 - 71-96-04).
