Sažetak
The monograph provides essential information and legal guidance concerning the legal and administrative conditions for persons not having citizenship to enter Croatia. Special attention is given to the status of specific categories of persons, such as students, researchers, temporary workers, and asylum seekers, as well as to the position of family members of immigrants. The monograph includes the following issues: border control ; establishment of the right of residence ; special treatment of non-accompanied minors ; loss of the right of residence ; sanctions against illegal entry or assisting illegal entry ; and access to the labour market or self-employed activities.
