Sažetak
In this paper the authors have analyzed the certification authority liability in the frame of e-commerce. The role of the certification authority is to establish infrastructure that enables information collecting and insuring its completeness and full security. As a central point of this paper the authors have established certification authority's liability for damage that user suffered by the certificate. In addition, this paper has analyzed the liability regime which applies between the certification authority and the third party that used the certificate to validate the identity of certificate holder.
