Sažetak
The labour market, particularly the health labour market, which is in general extremely dynamic, has been particularly intensified by the Covid-19 pandemic. In such circumstances, LSP assumes even greater importance on an international level. According to the CEFR, which encourages the use of authentic texts in teaching, including LSP, text is essential in developing communicative competence (linguistic, sociolinguistic and pragmatic). The purpose of this paper is to examine the usage of different text types in English and German student books in the field of Nursing and Medicine and the development of communicative competence in LSP.
