Sažetak
In AITP patients platelet count, immunosupressive therapy and sample storing time before analysis did not influence patient absorbance values. We concluded that NC SO difference between patient sample and mean or maximal NC absorbance scan be of great help in confirming the diagnosis of IT.TI, e 3 SO difference borderline seems to be enough sensitive to distinguish idiopathic and secondary immune from non-immune thrombocytopenia. As 20/24 (83, 3%) patients showing over 3 SO also showed over5SO mean NC difference. we think there is enough safety margin to support IT diagnosis when mean NC difference is over 3SO.T
