Sažetak
In this paper the procedure of organizing interlaboratory comparison in the field of acoustic measurements and modelling methods with accredited labs according to ISO 17025:2017 standard is presented. The considered acoustic measurement methods are description, measurement and assessment of environmental noise — Part 1 and Part 2: Determination of sound pressure levels (ISO 1996-2:2017) for industrial noise and road traffic noise, Field measurement of sound insulation in buildings and of building elements — Part 1 and Part 2: Airborne and impact sound insulation in connection with determination of single-number values according to ISO 717-1:2020 and ISO 717-2:2020. The noise modelling site was the same as measurement site for industrial source and traffic noise with number of participants (12 for industrial noise and 11 for traffic noise with different methods for industrial site (ISO 9613-2:1997, EU-CNOSSOS and NMPB-2008). The number of acquired and analysed results for sound insulation parameters was 23 with all relevant parameters which are included in calculations of single number weighted values. The measurement uncertainty of each individual laboratory and uncertainty of overall comparison has been determined for each considered measurement and modelling method. The results of each individual lab are compared with arithmetic value of all results (with excluded outliers). Common mistakes in reporting results are detected and analysed for each measurement and modelling method with internal procedures
