Sažetak
Stability testing of Sildenafil tablets is presented. During the stress test of Sildenafil tablets, it was shown that the drug product is chemically stable, however significant physical changes were observed after exposure to high humidity. Based on results of the formal stability study PVC/PVdC blisters are selected as the commercial packaging for the drug product. Adequate chemical, physical and microbiological stability of the drug product in its final packaging is demonstrated during 24 months of storage.
