Sažetak
Nematode communities in soil ecosystem can reflect management’ ; s practices such as cultivation and other anthropogenic activities. The aim of this study was to examine the impact of deep plowing (30cm) to nematode communities in compare to no tillage treatments. Nematode communities were examined under winter wheat and corn. Sampling of soil was done before and after plowing in standard tillage treatments but also in no tillage treatments. Nematode communities from 100 g soil samples were identified to genus level. In treatments, corn and wheat, the total number of nematodes increased significantly after plowing. Trophic structure was dominated by plant parasitic nematodes, while after plowing bacterial feeder’ ; s increased and plant feeders decreased in numbers. Pratylenchus, Helicotylenchus and Tylenchus were dominant plant parasitic nematodes in no tillage treatments, while in plowing treatments Pratylenchus and Tylenchus were dominant. Fungivorous nematodes also decreased in numbers after plowing which mostly affecting genus Aphelenchoides. Omnivorous nematodes were presented in very small numbers (0-4%), mostly in no tillage treatments, and predators weren’ ; t present at all. Maturity index decreased after plowing in corn and wheat treatment with deep plowing and in general, MI was higher in no tillage treatments. We can conclude that the effect of tillage did affect nematode communities in the soil ecosystem.
