Sažetak
In this paper, a method for partial software update in embedded systems is proposed and demonstrated. The partial updating increases flexibility and adaptability of the software, which allows its modification in the systems already deployed to the target platform. The partial update is developed on the MotionWise platform, the software is written using the C programming language and developed according to AUTOSAR standard. A partial update example is implemented and demonstrated on the development board with AURIX TC397 Infineon microcontroller. The testing result shows significant improvement in time-saving using a proposed method.
