Sažetak
According to the IEA, the power sector is responsible for the majority of all man-made CO2 emissions. Development the distributed micro- cogeneration systems for the production heat and electricity for households and small business premises enables the production electricity and heat in a highly-efficient manner, directly at the point of consumption, with significantly less environmental pollution. The development of micro- cogeneration systems in fuel cell technology, all fuelled by natural gas, representing a new highly- efficient technology that has the potential to replace existing systems for space heating and hot water in households and small commercial premises. In conditions of free access to the open energy market and the using unconventional operational strategies we can in a very efficient way optimize the production of micro-cogeneration system and thereby significantly reduce the total cost of their work. Reducing the costs of their work we also contribute to their competitiveness in the market in relation to the existing systems for the production electricity and heat. Optimizing the cost of producing energy of the micro-cogeneration systems in the conditions of an open energy market is very incentive for the end user of the energy produced, but also very acceptable to other participants in the energy market which are interconnected. This paper presents the operation of the micro-CHP household system in the open energy market environment, consisting of a micro-CHP unit, a thermal storage device, a backup boiler, connects the production of electricity of the micro-CHP unit with the electricity consumption of the household and with the electricity distribution network. The micro-CHP unit is connected to the natural gas network and the heat pump is powered by the central heating system and warms the sanitary water for the household. The micro-CHP system is equipped with a control unit (Controller which manages all units of the system). The overlay system is consisting of electricity flows ; electricity flow-heat flow ; heat flow-natural gas ; naturel gas flow and steering directions Signals (Control signals)
