Sažetak
The objectives of this work are to identify and analyse processes lead ing to disruption of the enterprise software implementation covering the business critical (core) organisational processes for both custom-built and packaged software solution implementations ; model, leverage, and consolidate these processes in the way which leads to a successful project outcome, with the emphasis on the mandated role of project management as a coherent instance providing guidelines, competencies, governance, strategies, methods and tools which contribute to the shift from disaster to project success. This study includes the elaboration on intervention cycle.
