Sažetak
The content of total polyphenols and tannins in the leaves, flowers and fruits of Vitex agnus-castus L. has been spectrophotometrically determined. The plant samples were collected in coastal region and the island of Adriatic See, and gardens of Zagreb. The results of investigating have shown the variety of the total polyphenol content between plant parts. The tannin content was the highest in the leaves, but it was similar in the flowers and fruits.
