Sažetak
Case reports present two patient refferd to our clinic for surgical treatment od maxillary premolars. Chief complaint was persistent pain despite chemomechanical preparation. Pain was relieved after locating second buccal canals, and therapy was finished with obturation and restaurative treatment. Six month follow - up showed complete healing and fully functional asymptomatic teeth.
