Sažetak
The control of mechanical spring-back is significantly important in robotics assembly of electronic components and designing of bending tools where the process has to provide very tight shape tolerances. In order to determine the inevitable spring-back angle of bended connector an elastic-plastic incremental finite element analysis has been carried out includiong friction effects and material characteristcs such as work hardening. The accuracy of the simulation results, spring-back angle and the residual stress distribution after unloading are discussed through the comparison with the experimental results.
