Sažetak
The serie 2-methyl-3-carbethoxy-5-pyrrolinones has synthesised. Some of these compounds showed good results in preliminary antimicrobial and antifungal investigations. By using the methods of molecular modeling, the relationships between structure and activity of these compounds were investigated. The QSAR model was obatined by using Wiener index and valence connectivity indices and models based on combination of these indices.
