Sažetak
A rational selection mix of restricted set from twelve available TLC systems for the separation of the components of the essential fruit oil of Vitex agnus-castus was investigated. For the selection of the preferred combionation of two or more systems two mathematical approaches have been applied. The results obtained by applying these two techniques are similar, and both are useful mathematical tools in the classification and combination of chromatographic systems.
