Sažetak
This paper discusses human resources management in all transport companies. Transport companies are organizations that transport people and goods and transfer information from one place to another, provided that a method of human resources management is required to successfully achieve the goal of the transport company. Well organized human resource management gives the transport company a competitive advantage in the market, higher productivity and reduced costs. The connection between the employer and the employee enables the company to achieve the goal. The employer is obliged to motivate employees financially, through education or promotion, and the employee is obliged, if he is provided with all the conditions, to do his job well and in a timely manner. The aim of the research is to show the management of human resources in transport companies and how much influence one person can have on the whole company. An example given for this purpose is company KD Autotrolej d.o.o.
