Sažetak
Employee benefits are major and burdening components of business today. Effectice competition with companies for the same emloyees is a challenge that keeps emergining in front of large and small companies as well as a military organization. All professionals involved in the compensation management agree that a good benefits program helps to create a motivating environment that will encourage individuals to look for a job in the organization and to remain there. Thus, the question is how modern military structures respond to that and what benefit option they are ready to offer to their employees in order to stay as much as competetive in the labor market.
