Sažetak
Customer service offers support to the customers, and they give the final solution to customer’s needs and expectations. Customers hold the power today, and they want to feel important. Companies who understand this will create trust and loyalty with their customers. It is so easy to lose the customer, or competition can win it over just by providing better service that leads to the better experience. The report from Microsoft (Microsoft 2017) reveals that 96% of respondents say customer service is important in their choice of loyalty to a brand. Customer service has the direct implication to the business success. It is becoming a vital part of the future of your business. As Robert Murdoch said: “Big will not beat small anymore. It will be the fast beating the slow” (Bannister and Barrie 1999).
