Sažetak
The goal of ConTEL is to focus on telecom topics of special interest to its already established audience, and at the same time broaden its scope in addressing new, non-traditional topics, such as telecom market and innovation management. The WAON 2003 Workshop on All-Optical Networks is co-organized by the European Cooperation in the Field of Scientific and Technical Research - COST Action 266: Advanced Infrastructure for Photonic Networks.
