Sažetak
Case report of a patient that developed ischemic stroke due to the traumatic dissection of internal carotid artery. This paper describes findings on different imaging modalities and interventional procedure mechanical thrombectomy that were used to diagnose and treat mentioned vascular pathology. The aim of this paper is to emphasize the importance of including traumatid artery dissection as a differential diagnosis in traumatized patients with neurological impairment.
