Sažetak
The literary work of Viktor Car Emin is extensive and diverse, and as a member of the second generation of Istrian Croatian revivalists he published most of his work in the midst of the Croatian National Revival in Istria, and consequently dedicated most of his works to the subject. The magazines ''Mladi Istranin'' and ''Mladi Hrvat'' under the editorship of Viktor Car Emin were intended for children and youth with various topics that included: patriotism, religion, historical topics, current events, the problem of Slavic education in Istria, the troubles that plagued the then Slavic population, such as poverty, hunger, illiteracy and the upbringing of children without adequate parental care.
