Sažetak
The new generation of telecommunication equipment and the new possibilities in network management are the two cornerstones in ecery substancial modernisation of a power utility telecommunication network. As the existing network and its constraints have to be taken into account as well, the development strategy must be considered very carefully and it should be adapted to local conditions. This papre presents such an approach.
