Sažetak
This article shows preliminary results of kinetic measurement of gait with new and unique infrared telemetrically system. It is force and time parameters in basic human gait cycle measuring systems. 40 healthy subjects as a control group and 56 orthopedic patients with a painful knee were participated in these measurements. There was investigated the gait with and without a cane among the group with a painful knee. Results of measurements were after computer pricessing presented in a tabular form as mean values for the each group of subjects. Healthy subjects were pressured the ground with average force 16% higher then their body weight. Values of total and particularly of each sensor ground reaction forces, among the subjects with painful knee were siginifacntly lower. By using the walking stick those values are increasing. among the helathy subjects the stance period is lasting approximately 60% of the gait cycle and period of swing 40%. Subjects with painful knee are increasing the swing period and decreasing the period of stance. Within the period of stance extended periods of I and II double stances are noticeable among the subjects with the painful knee, but this values of time parameters didn't change significantly by using the walking stick. Results of those measurements are adequate with the similar presented in literature on other systems for kinetic measurements. Achieved results of those measurements introduce the systems as applicable in the clinical use and the further biomechanical researches.
