Sažetak
Acta Stomatologica Croatica was published four times during the year 2016. The volume 50 contains four issues in printed and electronic version. There were 36 articles ; 21 by domestic (Croatian) authors and 15 by foreign (out of Croatia) authors. All articles were sent in, registered and forwarded to peerreviews by the program Open Journal System. Based on the editors' and reviewers' opinions, 53% of the articles were rejected. The number of online readers of Acta Stomatologica Croatica - online is continuously on the rise. It is among the top ten journals in the Croatian scientific journal portal HRČAK, and among the top three in biomedicine. Acta Stomatologica Croatica is indexed in: Chemical abstracts, Index Copernicus, DOAJ, EBSCO, SCOPUS, Embase, PubMed/PMC. Since 2014, when it received the signature DOI:1015644/asc it is continuously referred to in CrossRef and every article is checked for plagiarism by Cross- Check. Publication, language editing (Croatian and English), translation, graphic design, distribution and electronic preparation were all financed by the Ministry of science, education and sport of the Republic of Croatia, School of Dental Medicine University of Zagreb, Croatian Medical Association, and subscription. The 50th anniversary of the journal was celebrated in the Croatian Medical Association of April 21 2016.
