Sažetak
The primary aim of this research was to examine importance of nurse's role in earlier recognizing of antipsychotic's side effects. The second aim was to examine occurrence and differences in profile of side effects among old (typical) and new (atypical) generation of antipsychotics. Methods and examinees: This research involved 100 patients who were treated on Clinic for general and forensic psychiatry and clinical psychophysiology, of psychiatric hospital Vrapce. Examinees were taking antipsychotic's drugs. Conclusion: It is not only important to recognize antipsychotic's side effects but it is also important to make difference among side effect of old and new generation of antipsychotics.
