Sažetak
The paper discusses measurements of different tissue simulating liquids, containing only sugar, salt, and water, that will match the goal values given by the recently issued CENELEC EN 50361 at mobile telephone frequencies and of IEEE std. 1528-200X. More specifically, measurements are performed at frequency of GS ; system, i.e. 900 MHz. Requirements of European Commission for SAR labeling of every phone are calling for creating and testing different measurement set-ups for this purpose. For this kind of testing, a mixture with required complex dielectric properties is necessary. This paper presents an adequate liquid creation and measurements of its properties.
