Sažetak
Roller bearings are the most used machine elements in industrial machinery. There is no working machine that does not contain a bearing, and their mass aplication has led to constant improvement of them and their maintenance procedures. Bearings that are built into vital machine assemblies, or heavy-duty bearings, require frequent monitoring. Today, there is a large number of instruments available on the market, made for continuous monitoring of the condition of the bearings, which help the operator to get the most out of the machines and equipment by increasing the time of its working life. The subject matter of the paper was to present methodologies for measuring the temperature of rolling bearings. The paper describes some of the measurement techniques from alternative to high precision electronic contactless devices.
