Sažetak
¸Recent generation of solar cells focuses on specific geometrical configuration of the thin-film constituents to yield the performance increase. This may not be as easy as it sounds as plethora of surface related factors influence the desired stable forming of multiple interfaces. Nanostructuring is favourable, though the process may easily allow problems that diminish efficiency and/or stability of devices. To mitigate the problems, several strategies has been proposed ; chemical cleaning, vacuum treatment, ozonisation, plasma treatment. Here we point out the importance of deeper understanding of the first part of the processing of the samples, which was often neglected.
