Sažetak
The author of this paper consides the internal information base building and development of the communication system in the process of decision making. In order to make fast, credible and relevant decision to provide concurrent advantage for the company, the manager needs a right information at the right time. One way of achieving the concurrent advantage is by the usage of the knowledge of all employees and by the building of the bridges between "isolated islands of knowledge". Building the internal information base by the proposed model enables fast and simple usage of knowledge of all employees. This is how knowledge of one person can be transfered to knowledge of the company. The main condition for the quality function of the internal base is system of motivation and rewording of the employees. Building and usage of the internal information base enables management to make a fast and credible decisions and to provide a concurrent advantage for the company.
