Sažetak
Critical dialogue with the content of Judith Butler Notes Toward a Performative Theory of Assembly concerns a network of interconnected issues and themes that make up the historical present: precariousness, political actors, vulnerability, resistance, disobedience, responsibility, political space. The key is not how these issues engage critical discourse but how to use analyzes of these issues in society while at the same time being aware of ways of cognition, articulation, and action. The fundamental issue that intersects and connects all the above-mentioned topics is the search for the political in its original definition (Arendt) and embodiment of the political imperative as a ‘plural, common world of people’ in which the constitutive link between politics and freedom is a precondition and motive. The necessity of historical articulation of the purpose of political gathering as well as the production of political space appears as a response, ie the responsibility to act in a situation of neoliberal devastation, acceleration of precarization and economic inequality of human beings.
