Sažetak
HPV testing, in women more than 30 years of age, is the most powerful tool in cervical cancer screening due to its high sensitivity for detecting high grade lesions. CINtec plus cytology is very successful in detecting high grade lesions in HPV positive/cytology negative, borderline or low grade findings. So, it could be used in the triage of HPV positive women. Using these two clinically validated tests in powerful combination helps stratify women at risk and improves detection of high-grade disease.
