Sažetak
The Integrated Quality Management (IQM) is concept for achieving top quality of productss, i.e. business excellency through strategic, organizational and cultural changes accompanied by the increased responsibility of staff for their scope of works. This paper gives development quality systems through popular tools sucs as: modified standard ISO 9000:2000, Quality Award, Benchmarking, Reengineering of Business Process and Self Assessment.
