Sažetak
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 overnight telework has become a mass occurrence sime new issues have emerged. IN this article the author consider regulation of telework, both at European Union and Croatian employment legislation and points out the weaknesses of existing regulation in light of the Covid-19 pandemic and offeres solutions de lege ferenda.
