Sažetak
The cracking of pressure vessels (PVs) operating in aggressive media is a very serious problem that may cause leak or break of the PVs with a high risks. The problem has been reported at various international conferences and in literature during past 35 years. This paper discusses crack types detected and reported at various phases of PVs fabrication and service, cracking prevention and evaluation of reliability PVs.
