Sažetak
The aim of this paper is to present the consequences that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused in the supply chain of the brewery. The spread of the virus day by day and the growing number of new cases has led to several problems, especially in logistics, such as more exhaustive border controls, which slowed down or even stopped the transport of goods on some routes. When risks arise, a quality risk management method within the supply chain is of major importance, the main goal is to ensure the smooth flow of the materials. In order to outline the issue, a case study of one Croatian brewery was conducted.
