Sažetak
Experimental results of low carbon steel wearing in static, dynamic and static-dynamic conditions will be shown. The first probation has been made in 5% NaCl (salt spray), the second has been made in erosion-dynamic conditions (specimens have been rotated in 5% NaCl with quartz sand as addition) and the last probation has been made in static-dynamic conditions. Firstly in salt spray (72 hours) and after that specimens have been rotated in 5% NaCl with quartz sand (in next 72 hours). The article represents monitoring of corrosion and erosion-corrosion wearing. Specimens have been made from low carbon steel (W.Nr. 1.1191) and have been treated in three different states: normalised, heat-treated (hardening and tempering) and boronised. Specimens have been made according to DIN 50125, and probation according to API standard. The results are shown as wearing of materials (losing of surface mass in mma-1). Surface hardness method (HV1) and hardness per section of specimen (HV01) method have been used during the analyses. Heat treatment materials show increasing of wearing in comparison with normalised and boronised materials. The erosion-corrosion wearing of boronised specimens signify erosion resistance but in the same time corrosion instability in aggressive suspension.
