Sažetak
The paper deals with the application of bibliodrama in the study of Social Work. The introductory part presents the theoretical concept of bibliodrama and the structural elaboration of bibliodrama education with students. The next part of the paper analyzes the research conducted on 30 students at the Universities of Zagreb and Mostar who used the method of Bibliodrama in the elective course Spirituality and Social Work). The three main themes emerged as a result of the application of bibliodrama in the Study curriculum: self growth and development, quality of interpersonal relationships and acquisition of knowledge and skills important for the social work profession and other helping professions. For the last two years, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, classes have taken place in a virtual environment and we wanted to see the advantages and disadvantages of Bibliodrama in the online environment for social work students. In the sample of 61 students who had online classes the same three earlier mentioned methods of profit emerged again, same as the ones in the regular classes in umiversity. In the online environment, the thematic area of one's self growth and development came to the fore much more. Their own environment of personal space influenced their inner connection with themselves and through different methods and techniques they resonated more deeply through the biblical text with themselves and became aware of the areas of work on themselves and on some of their internal issues they could work directly through education. On the other hand, they experienced bibliodrama as experiential learning and saw it as useful techniques and methods of application in social work. In conclusion, we can say that the findings point to the importance of bibliodrama as a spiritual method of empowerment at the student level, its application in social work with clients and the resource of empowerment in helping professions.
