Sažetak
The unification of laws was of one of the supreme political value and a priority task of a Yugoslav government during the Interwar period although followed with lots of obstacles. Lots of laws were passed during the dictatorship regime, and the Code on Court Procedure was one of them and not all were satisfied with it – since it was, due to some accepted institutions of law, seen as “imposed law”. Nevertheless, new procedural principles were finally accepted although never fully implemented so, wanted model of a proceeding never became a reality.
