Sažetak
Subject of the lecture is establishment of the geographical scope of the "right to be forgotten" (delisting) in light of the C-136/17 Google v. CNIL ruling. Emphasis is provided to the possibly problematic issue of public interest assessment (locally or EU-wide) and the (degree of) involvement of data publishers to that effect, particularly in light of search engine operator's practices in the review of delisting requests.
