Sažetak
The WLAN is broadband radio access technology for Internet/Intranet connections with high data rates up to 25 Mbit/s. The coverage and usage of WLANs are increasing daily. New 3rd generation mobile communication systems are now deploying in Europe which will offer data rates up to 384 kbit/s what is much lower than WLAN data rates. There are number of possibilities of interaction/integration scenarios of those systems for utilization of their advantages (like WLAN data rates and coverage and 3G authorization and security mechanisms).
