Sažetak
Coagulation is a widely used process in coloured wastewater treatment. The most common used coagulants are iron, Fe3+, and alumina, Al3+, salts. But coagulation it self is not economical enough because it produce large amount of sludge for total dye and TOC removal. So today combination of several processes are in development. Additional step for complete wastewater treatment would be application of some AOPs. In this study Reactive red 45 wastewater was treated with FeCl3 and followed by AOPs: Fenton process, Ozonization and peroxone process. Characteristics of wastewater before and after the treatment were determinated on bases of UV/VIS, TOC and AOX measurements. Total accomplishment of TOC removal was obtained by combination of coagulation and Fenton process and Coagulation and peroxone process as well.
