Sažetak
Large deployment of NZEBs started recently and will increase in the near future. The lack of competences for NZEB delivering and absence of interdisciplinary approach present risk for satisfying the European energy efficiency goals. It has become clear in recent years that better management of the information during the whole life cycle of the NZEB is absolutely necessary in order to avoid mistakes and have trustful information at any time / when an intervention is necessary. Furthermore, an advanced NZEB design requires effective and efficient sharing of information among members from different disciplines in an Integrated Design Group (IDG) in order to make wise decisions about selecting the right set of energy retrofit design options. Building Information Modelling (BIM) could be a solution to connect the professionals to work as an interdisciplinary team. The European projects Net-UBIEP and BIMzeED are dealing with overcoming the mismatched competences for delivering NZEBs using BIM and can be of great help in solving those problems with increasing the NZEB quality and decreasing the delivering time.
